Most order are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard USPS or UPS shipping times from Florida apply.
At the end of each Giveaway, we send all entries to a third party sweepstakes company who conducts the randomized computer drawing to pick the winner. Once we receive the winner information from them, we contact the winner and announce it on our Website, Social Media and Email. Generally the week following the Giveaway! See Official Rules here.
The Giveaway does not replace your order and we ship your prize overnight for free!
Gold Boxes are randomly sent out to Premium Vintage Graded Card customers and will take the place of the standard black box.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription and stop future shipments at any time. Due to the nature of our business we can not offer refunds/returns after your order has left our facility.
To cancel or modify your subscription preferences head to the "Customer Portal" link at the bottom of the homepage or click here.
Due to the nature of Pokémon and mystery products, All Sales are Final. However, we Guarantee that all products are 100% Authentic.
Returns/Cancellations: Approved returns and cancellations apply only to unopened products and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Subscription Cancellations: To avoid a 20% cancellation fee, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellations after renewal will incur the fee. For any questions, please contact us at support@mysterypokeslabs.com

Please note that although our website may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. These shipping time frames are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times since we do not have any control over USPS or UPS.
MPS Cards, LLC cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services. However if you experience an issue please reach out to us at support@mysterypokeslabs.com and we will work to help you resolve it.
Incorrect Address:
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout by the customer or packages stolen after delivery.
If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address at checkout.
Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
Return to Sender:
If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you by email. You will have 30 days to respond to the email or reach out to us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days from our first email sent to you, your order will be automatically void.
